Last Friday we swapped our usual tools for shotguns at a recent team building event held at Kegworth Shooting Ground. The day offered a unique opportunity for employees to step outside their comfort zones, learn a new skill, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
With a focus on friendly competition and team spirit, the event saw participants of all skill levels try their hand at clay pigeon shooting. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, everyone had the chance to improve their aim and enjoy the thrill of hitting their targets.
Projects Manager Ben Thorburn proved to be a natural, ultimately taking home the top prize with his impressive shooting skills. The friendly rivalry and shared experience created a positive atmosphere throughout the day.
"We believe in investing in our team's well-being and fostering a strong sense of unity," said Dan Kelly, Managing Director at Power & Control. "Activities like this allow our employees to unwind, build relationships, and return to work with renewed focus and energy."
Power & Control remains dedicated to providing top-quality electrical and renewable energy solutions across the Midlands and beyond. This team building event reflects the company's commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
