PAC managed the full project lifecycle, from the initial strip-out of legacy systems to the installation and commissioning of a complete, modern electrical infrastructure, including full fire alarm and security integration.

The client's existing food technology room was outdated. Its electrical systems were no longer efficient, compliant, or fit for the demands of a modern learning environment with high-load appliances. The client required a complete overhaul to enhance safety, improve energy efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with existing building management systems.
