From the very beginning, the process was seamless—the initial quote was provided quickly and was incredibly detailed. The installation team was excellent—they were highly professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the entire system setup clearly. I had my solar installation completed about a week ago with PAC. Amazing experience from the beginning until the end of the process. They are fully transparent, chase things up for you and get things done in time and without any effort from the owner side. 10 out of 10 and if I have any other electrical work in the future I will surely contact them again. Can’t recommend and thank Power & Control enough for the recent installation they completed at my property (12 solar panels, battery, inverter and Gateway). From initial enquiry, they were professional and really helpful. Taking the time to listen to my requirements and advise on the best solutions. Dan arranged to visit the house and make sure that I got the best solution and that they would be able to complete the installation. The scaffolding was arranged and put up a couple of days before installation and then taken down soon after completion. The installation took 2 days and the lads on site were brilliant. Taking the time to explain what they were doing or answer any questions that I had. They were well presented, worked hard and were extremely tidy, clearly taking great pride in their work. Upon completion of the work, Ryan explained how everything worked and walked me through using the app. Sasha in the office was also really helpful when it came to the invoicing and answering questions and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The relevant paperwork was sent through quickly and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team really are a credit to Dan and the business. I will be looking to add additional batteries in the future and won’t hesitate to call P&C to complete the work. A massive thank you to all and it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Absolutely faultless and cannot rate highly enough. Thoroughly professional service and the install of our Solar and Battery system is superb. High quality detailed finish and a respectful and tidy installation. Aftersales care and assistance with connection of our Heat Pump and preparation of circuitry for an EV charger has been superb. We went with P&C on strength of being an established local company with excellent ratings and I’m delighted to be able to add to their highly positive feedback. Many thanks to the whole team involved. You’ve transformed our home and being energy independent is a great position to be in.

We were recommended P&C Electrical as installers for an EV charger and we subsequently went on to have them spec and install a solar and battery set up at our home. Throughout both, they were informative (both sales and installers), made an exceptionally tidy job (including helping to remove a redunant aerial and disposal of) and have offered support with post queries, such as setting up Home Assistant access for our solar system. I'd have absolutley no hesistation in recommending them and if we expand our solar or battery system in future, we'll be using them.
