How many Sigenergy batteries will fit on one stack?

You can have up to 6 battery modules in a single Sigenergy stack, giving you a maximum storage capacity of roughly 48kWh per unit.

If you need even more power (for large homes or businesses), you can connect multiple Sigenergy units together.

Detailed Breakdown:

  • 1 to 6 Modules Per Stack: The Sigenergy SigenStor is a "stackable" system. You can start with just 1 or 2 battery modules and stack up to 6 of them on top of each other in a single tower.+1
  • Capacity Options:
    • Using 5kWh modules: Max capacity of 30kWh per stack.
    • Using 8kWh modules: Max capacity of 48kWh per stack.
  • Unlimited Expansion (Parallel): For larger energy needs, we can connect multiple SigenStor stacks together in parallel. For residential systems, you can typically link up to 10 stacks, providing a massive 480kWh of storage. Commercial setups can go even larger.+1
  • Mix & Match: Because each battery module has its own built-in optimiser, you can technically mix different battery batches or add new modules to an old stack later without dragging down the performance of the new units.
