If it’s cloudy outside, will I still generate electricity using my solar panels?
Yes, solar panels still generate electricity on cloudy days. They do not require direct sunlight to function, as photovoltaic cells harvest ambient daylight. While peak performance occurs during bright, direct sunshine, your panels will continue producing a lower but steady yield of electricity to reduce your reliance on the National Grid.
