I’m Sasha, and I look after the operational heartbeat of Power and Control Ltd. While our project managers and engineers are out in the field transforming complex plans into reality, my focus is on the crucial machinery that keeps our business running smoothly from the inside out.

My role is dynamic, sitting right at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer experience. I oversee the company’s key financial functions, ensuring accuracy and stability, but I am also often the first point of contact for our clients. I take that responsibility seriously; for me, delivering exceptional customer service isn’t just a metric—it’s about ensuring that every enquiry is met with efficiency and a genuine desire to help.

Beyond the numbers and the phones, I handle the essential business support tasks that allow our technical teams to do what they do best. I see myself as the foundation that supports the crew on the ground. From onboarding new staff and coordinating vital training to maintaining HR records and ensuring our company accreditations remain pristine, I make sure the "i"s are dotted and the "t"s are crossed so the project teams can focus purely on execution.

I pride myself on being highly organised and dependable. There is a great deal of satisfaction in knowing that while the team is building infrastructure on-site, I am here ensuring the business itself is built on solid ground.
